It is starting from a few simple ingredients, durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs from free-range hens, both 100% Italian, that Sapori & Idee Egg Pasta is born. As per tradition, the ingredients are slowly blended, the bronze drawing makes the pasta rough and porous, obtaining the ideal consistency to accommodate and enhance sauces and condiments. Finally, the slow drying at low temperatures carried out on wooden frames helps to give it an even more authentic flavor.
