In the heart of the province of Trapani, in Erice, wines are born that are the perfect interpretation of the Erice territory. In this land rich and concentrated black grapes are produced that generate soft and elegant wines and white grapes with good acidity, characterized by aromas of white flowers and citrus notes that give the wines elegance and D.IT has selected in collaboration with Slow Food Italia for its cellar a Grillo Viognier DOC Sicilia straw yellow color and with a fresh and refined flavor; a Chardonnay DOC with a characteristic scent of exotic fruit, honeysuckle and honey – complex and full flavor; a Nero d'Avola Erice DOC intense red color and full and velvety flavor, with fruity notes; a Syrah DOC Sicilia intense ruby red color and strong flavor, for perception of sweet and velvety tannins.
