Cured meats are a great Italian tradition and represent one of the excellences of our country. The Slow Food project aims to enhance the image and knowledge of the sector, enhancing the link with the territory and preserving, at the same time, history and tradition that are flanked by core values such as quality, sustainability and innovation of the supply chain. You can find: - SEASONED PILLOW: The meat is first put in salt (massaging) for a week, then flavored with spices (pepper and garlic) and finally put to dry (seasoning) from 2 to 4 months. - CLASSIC MORTADELLA:The product is made using natural spices and no additives are used. - SBRICIOLONA CHIANTIGIANA : It is a medium-ground salami, produced with traditional methods, adding fennel seeds to the dough. Free of lactose and gluten, it is stuffed into natural casings, it is left to mature naturally for 3-4 weeks.

Store at max +4°C Packaged in a protective atmosphere. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within a day.
