Tyrolean gnocchi, also called spätzle, are a first course of German origin, very popular in the gastronomy of Trentino Alto Adige. These are long and irregular dumplings, made with a dough based on eggs, flour and spinach, which give the pasta a pleasant dark green color. They are excellent for a quick lunch or for a buffet aperitif, because they are easy to prepare and very tasty, seasoned with a creamy and appetizing sauce based on cream and speck.

IN PAN: pour the dumplings directly from the package to the pan with the seasoning, adding half a glass of water. Sauté gently for about 3 minutes. IN POT: pour the gnocchi into lightly boiling and lightly salted water for about 1 minute, drain and mix with your favorite sauce.
Store in a refrigerator at a maximum of +5°C. Once the package is opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
