MarcaMarocco: Marca by BolognaFiere companies meet the Moroccan and North African retailers
Scheduled on November 28 and 29 in Casablanca, the new Marca by BolognaFiere project will support the companies interested in expanding their business to North Africa.
MOROCCO: A MARKET WITH GREAT POTENTIAL
On the strength of constant economic development, Morocco is experiencing significant growth rates, in which the trade sector is one of the pillars of the Moroccan economy, reaching 11% of GDP and accounting for 2.5% of the volume of foreign investment. Since the 2000s, the modern retail segment, particularly the food one, has been growing dramatically.
In this scenario, retail and large-scale distributors are increasingly becoming strategic and growing channels, close to the needs of consumers, who are increasingly sensitive and attentive to the quality of products. Following this direction also the private label area is registering positive growth trends.
Marca by BolognaFiere, in partnership with Médinit, a company specializing in the development of business-to-business relations between manufacturer companies and international operators, has decided to organize MarcaMarocco, whose debut is scheduled for November 28 and 29, 2023 in Casablanca.
The event will allow the companies to offer to buyers and operators of the Moroccan and North African large-scale retail trade a wide range of products, in line with local consumption, for proposing their private label marketing.
Meetings will be held in Casablanca, in B2B and one-to-one formula: companies will be able to present their products in a functional way, through catalogs and samples.
